You were made for something BIGGER. You are capable of much more than what you are doing right now.
You can be far more CONFIDENT and be performing at a much higher level than what you are doing today, right?
There is another level for you. Today is the day that starts to change.
I am going to teach you a new way to set goals that is going to make all the difference.
You are NOT going to set goals based on your person-ality (personal reality) or goals that are SAFE.
You are going to set goals based on the ATHLETE you want to become.
Who is she? This athlete you want to be, tell me about her…
But FIRST, why GOALS?

Your goals need to be SIMPLE, CLEAR, and SPECIFIC. They give you a clear PURPOSE and DIRECTION.
When setting goals, TURN ON your imagination, and TURN OFF your disbelief.
If anything were possible, what would you want… to achieve, accomplish, feel, become?
Use the worksheets and do a brain dump for each area!

Now…come back to reality and CALL IT TIGHT. Be viciously honest.
Once you have identified WHERE YOU ARE, now describe WHY you gave yourself this rating.
Be detailed and specific.
The #1 reason why you are anything less than a 9 or 10 out of 10 is…FEAR.
What are the FEARS you have that are stopping you from getting what you want.
Come up with 10 reasons WHY you want MORE in each of these areas.
The best reasons are usually other people or your dreams.

Write them down before moving on!
