DESIGN YOUR GAME PLAN

TODAY is a special day. Because today is the day that you get to create your GAME PLAN for the next 3 months. Every successful game plan begins with the end in mind.

You were made for something BIGGER. You are capable of much more than what you are doing right now.

You can be far more CONFIDENT and be performing at a much higher level than what you are doing today, right? 

There is another level for you. Today is the day that starts to change.

I am going to teach you a new way to set goals that is going to make all the difference.

You are NOT going to set goals based on your person-ality (personal reality) or goals that are SAFE.

You are going to set goals based on the ATHLETE you want to become.

Who is she? This athlete you want to be, tell me about her…

But FIRST, why GOALS?

Your goals need to be SIMPLE, CLEAR, and SPECIFIC. They give you a clear PURPOSE and DIRECTION.

When setting goals, TURN ON your imagination, and TURN OFF your disbelief. 

If anything were possible, what would you want… to achieve, accomplish, feel, become?

Use the worksheets and do a brain dump for each area!

PAUSE THE VIDEO & COMPLETE BEFORE MOVING ON!

Now…come back to reality and CALL IT TIGHT. Be viciously honest.

Once you have identified WHERE YOU ARE, now describe WHY you gave yourself this rating.

Be detailed and specific.

The #1 reason why you are anything less than a 9 or 10 out of 10 is…FEAR.

What are the FEARS you have that are stopping you from getting what you want.

Come up with 10 reasons WHY you want MORE in each of these areas. 

The best reasons are usually other people or your dreams.

Why do you want what you want?

Write them down before moving on!

ACTION PLAN

Information doesn’t do you any good until you USE IT. Knowledge isn’t power, it is potential power!

Now that you know what you WANT and you know your FEARS that are holding you back, let’s leverage your fear to help compel you into action!

CREATE YOUR GAME PLAN

Decide on one goal you want in each of these areas. The goal must be SPECIFIC and CLEAR.

Goals without REASONS are dead. You must have reasons for why you must have your goal.

  1. Decide what your goals is in each area
  2. Share your goals in our Success Club
  3. Say your goals out loud, and WRITE them every day in your journal
  4. Commit to a date and a deadline for when your goal will be achieved
  5. Be aligned with your highest self

What are THREE words that describe you as your highest self?

Every day, ask yourself “Was I______ Am I______ How can I be more______” based on the three words you chose.

Finally, choose ONE word out of those three words that is going to DEFINE you as you go through this process.

This Game Plan is for YOU.

The things you want don’t just happen by accident. You must CREATE them!

The small things are the big things. You are going to get just 1 or 2 percent better every single day.

Never underestimate the power of doing just one thing differently!
