COMPENSATION

WHAT MAKES YOU DIFFERENT FROM OTHER COACHES?

We believe strongly in the value of coaching. Great coaching is extremely valuable! YOU are extremely valuable.

Of course, you can never make what you are worth. Because you are infinitely valuable, especially to the athletes you coach.

You are the one who determines the value of having you as a coach. Not how you are compensated. We know that coaching is a labor of love, but we strive to offer value to our coaches and to help our coaches become the best they can be.

Money is only one benefit of coaching with us. You also get a coaching family, mentors to learn from, opportunities to lead and grow, coach trainings at no cost, incredible experiences while shaping our youth, adult events to keep playing this amazing game, as well as some of the coolest coaching gear around (yes, we said it)!

The world is in desperate need of great coaches.

Are you ready to change lives?

COACHING LEVELS

We encourage our coaches to “level up” by furthering their education and experience as a coach.

Our higher level coaches have invested more into their coaching ability by reading books, watching trainings, listening to coaching podcasts, as well as attending coaching clinics. These things matter to us.

We want our coaches to feel confident in coaching the appropriate developmental stage of each athlete and team they lead.

Our coaching levels helps ensure each coach and athlete are getting exactly what they need each season.
