Below are the qualifications required to join our team of committed coaches:

Master the mechanics of each fundamental skill and understand core principles to effectively train yourself AND your athletes to achieve perfect form on fundamental skills to become a LEVEL 1 COACH.

Level 1 coaches will possess both the technical skills and instructional capabilities necessary to deliver effective training and support to their athletes. This requires an active GMS+ account. Athletes as young as 13 years old can join.

Demonstrate a higher degree of ability and mastery in technical skills, as well as team strategies, and effectively train (10) athletes to achieve a goal with a higher level of skill to become a

LEVEL 2 COACH

COACHING OPPORTUNITIES:

Elite Club Teams

Private Lessons

Level 2 coaches will deliver tangible RESULTS with 1-1 private and small group lessons and help their athletes achieve a desired goal. Coach will be able to flawlessly execute essential drills in a group (team) setting for great results.

Create significant transformation in your athletes physical abilities & reach performance goals. Improve credibility by attaining a PEAK goal, such as playing in (winning) the USAV Open for adults to become a LEVEL 3 COACH.

National Club Teams

Specialized Skills

Level 3 coaches will have a track record of tangible, positive outcomes for individuals and teams, and will be a reflection of the high level athlete their clients desire to be. Coaches must attend >1 in person GMS coaches clinic.

Attain proficiency in applying coaching principles, attracting and retaining clients, and achieving professional success through making a significant positive impact with your coaching to become a LEVEL 4 COACH.

Level 4 coaches will achieve the ability to provide themselves a living through their volleyball training services. This requirement underscores the coach's dedication, business acumen, and widespread impact of their expertise within the volleyball community.
